Lakefest on Lake Grapevine features an outdoor concert spotlighting Texas Country Music, local restaurants and a boat show. Boaters and landlubbers flock to Silver Lake Marina for this annual concert on the lake. This event draws concert goers from Grapevine, Dallas, Fort Worth, Frisco, The Colony and cities throughout the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. Lakefest concerts have featured Texas favorites like Jerry Jeff Walker, Kevin Fowler, The Eli Young Band, Johnny Cooper, Charlie Robison, Robert Earl Keen and Stoney LaRue.  Together, we can end the fight against brain cancer and make our own Legacy on the Lake. 

Lakefest celebrates friends, family and the community surrounded by one our most important natural resources, our waterways.  By joining The Marinas of Lake Grapevine and the Legacy Brain Foundation at Lakefest, you can join the fight against Brain Cancer.  The Legacy Brain Foundation's sole purpose is to raise money and awareness to aid brain tumor patients and their families in all of North Texas. We (LBF) are different, we can go directly to the patient and that really sets us apart from many other organizations.  The LBF reaches out directly to the patients by awarding grants and scholarships to those in need.  This direct assistance sets us apart from many other support organizations.
